Frequently asked questions
How do I post the panels so they line up?
Save the panels, open the post composer, then select panel 1 first and the rest in order up to the last. Seamfold saves panel 1 first so they sit in that order in Photos. See the seamless carousel guide.
Why do my seams look shifted after posting?
The composer re-cropped the images. Keep it at the size you exported (4:5, 3:4 or 1:1) and do not pinch or drag the pictures. Any re-crop moves the seams.
What is free and what needs Pro?
Free has unlimited spreads, 2 to 4 panels, 6 of 10 layouts, the checks, the teaser card and 18 feed tiles. Pro adds up to 20 panels, all layouts, no mark on panels, teasers without the footer and an unlimited feed plan.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the Apple ID that bought Pro. Subscription status and Manage are in Settings under Subscription.
How do I cancel the subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On the iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, pick Seamfold and cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
What does Seamfold do with my photos?
Photos you pick are copied into the app's private storage on the iPhone so your spreads keep working. They are not uploaded anywhere. See the privacy page.
How do I delete everything?
Open Settings and choose Erase everything. It deletes the stored photo copies and all spreads, plans and settings. Deleting a single spread or feed tile also removes its copies.
Which languages does the app support?
English and Russian. Choose System, English or Russian under Settings, Language.
Why does Seamfold ask to save to Photos?
To add your panels and teaser cards to your library. The permission is add-only, so Seamfold can add images but cannot read your library.
Which devices and iOS versions work?
iPhone only, on iOS 17 or later. There is no iPad version.
