Seamfold is licensed to you under Apple's standard end-user license agreement (EULA). The full text is on Apple's site at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. This page summarizes the points that matter most: what you own, how Pro renews and what the app does not do.
The agreement
Your use of the app is governed by the Apple standard EULA. If this summary and the EULA differ, the EULA applies.
Your pictures stay yours
You keep all rights to the photos, text and layouts you make. Seamfold only processes them on your device. You are responsible for having the right to use the photos you put in a spread.
Seamfold Pro
Pro is offered as a weekly subscription, a yearly subscription (with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers) and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices appear in the app from the App Store.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel them in Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Use Restore purchases in the app to recover an earlier purchase.
Posting is up to you
Seamfold prepares and saves images. It does not publish them and has no link to any social network. Follow the rules of the platform where you post.
Availability
The app is provided as is, for iPhone, and may change as it develops. Questions go to the contact details on the support page.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Restore earlier purchases in the app with Restore Purchases, on any iPhone signed in with the same Apple Account.
- Use of the app is governed by the Apple Standard EULA and our Privacy Policy.
